JOURNEY COMPANIONS - MEETS EVERY THURSDAY, 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. AT COLUMBIA HOPE (Extra Fellowship Time at 9:00 a.m. and until 11:00 a.m.)

This spirituality, study and prayer circle for women meets weekly to share books, stories and our own personal journey with God.  As we connect with one another, we find support and companionship from God, through one another, on the spiritual journey of our life.  Within this community of faith, we are able to increase our awareness of God’s loving presence in our lives and in the lives of our families.  We share refreshments, prayer, and conversation about a spiritual book of our choice.  An example of the type of books we have read is Scarred by Struggle, Transformed by Hope.  The group is facilitated by a leadership team of three people: a Convener, an Apprentice and a Host.  The current Convener is Julia.  Currently the group is meeting every Thursday morning from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM; there is an optional gathering time with refreshments and conversation from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM.  Although the study officially ends at 10:30 a.m., the participants often share fellowship until 11:00 a.m.  Please feel free to bring your infants, toddlers and children.  Childcare is provided from 9:15 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.
